Refunds and Exchanges
All products are made-to-order items, therefore we do not give refunds or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Madrasd, LLC reserve the right to honor order cancellations requested by clients at our discretion. We start making your order within 24 hours after the payment has been received. Orders can not be canceled once we have started making the item.
Processing & Shipping
All Madrasd products are handmade for you at the time of order. Please allow up to 5 days for items to be shipped. You will receive an email notification with you tracking number once your item has been made and shipped.
If you would like your items shipped to countries other than the United States or the U.S. Virgin Islands territories, please contact us to discuss shipping quote options.
Package lost in mail?
Madrasd, LLC is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact USPS with the tracking number provided to start your inquiry.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Please select your embroidery design carefully. Personalized or custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. If the necessary information is not provided when ordering, your order will be delayed until all necessary information is received.
